Returns-Portal

If you would like to return your item, please enter your order number (which can be found on your invoice (NOT the invoice number)) and the email address you used when placing your order and confirm your entries by clicking on "Place Order".

**Important: Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at the moment, the customer bears the costs. We do accept carriage forward products, but we will charge the sender for all costs incurred. You can find more information on this in our cancellation policy. **

Note => It must be the same email address which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
